Pastoral Search
As of May 1, 2023 Mentor Baptist Church has begun to search for a lead pastor. We have contracted with Converge MidAtlantic (our church network) to assist us in this pastoral search process. To take the next step in exploring this opportunity further, any potential candidate can officially apply by completing the Converge Placement Network Leader Profile.
All applicants are asked to apply through the Converge Placement Network (CPN) system. You will complete a thorough online personal profile, including a series of leadership and personality inventories. There is a one-time cost of $50 to cover these testing instruments. This fee is tax deductible as a job search cost. Once a profile is completed, candidates will be eligible to be matched with every Converge church nationwide utilizing the CPN process, including Mentor Baptist.
